Am I able to stop in and buy a baked good?

Unfortunately not :( We are a custom-order bakery, not a storefront bakery, which means we only make what our customers order. If you are wanting to place an order but are unsure if it’s too late, shoot us an email at info@aubreystreatlab.com and we’ll be sure to let you know if we’re all booked up or not!

When can I expect my order?

We have a processing period of 3-5 business days. We ship to all 50 states via priority mail 2 day. **Please note: we only ship out Mon-Wed. This guarantees the freshness of your treat and ensures it won’t sit at the postal office for extended periods of time. If you do not receive notification that your order has shipped within 5 business days please reach out to us at info@aubreystreatlab.com. COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to nationwide staffing shortages through USPS, even with 2 day shipping, some items may be delayed in transit.

Do you deliver?

Not at this time but we are rolling out this feature soon!

I think I know what I want, but I have some questions before I place my order.  What should I do?

Feel free to email us. Your questions are important us, and we try our best to answer all inquiries within 2 business days.

I only want one jar...WHY must I buy 3 at a time?
